Describe the bug

Automatic Pitch Trim trims the wrong way - Elevators are in a nose down position, yet APT trims nose up, leading to the aircraft not actually holding attitude

Steps to reproduce

Fly straight and level with AP off
Trim to the point where elevators are in nose down position
observe APT trimming further ANU

Expected behaviour

APT trims AND when the elevators also command nose down
