IRU behaviour

Steps to reproduce

Turn IRU to nav on without pressing initialize IRS

Expected behaviour

Timer to not go in the minus
Align IRS on scratch pad
IRU NO ALIGN alert on EAD after the alignment time runs out

IRU ON BAT alert missing on EAD when turning off AC power + on initial alignment of IRU's alert should be displayed
No sensor fail message on scratch pad after turning IRS to off
Quick alignment not implemented for turnarounds
