[slack] Allow image message sending in Slack component

Issue Description

Current State

• It's been extremely exciting to connect social media with pipeline, enabling us to send pipeline output as message to Slack channel as message. And I thought it might be even more fun to also send image output as well.

Why We Want to Change?

• This new feature would enable even cooler application, and potentially draw more public attention to the VDP structure.

Proposed Change*

• We could investigate a common ground between Slack interface and Instill Slack component, and see how can we implement image decoding at Slack application side to display the image properly once we've sent the image embedding over.

Hello @ShihChun-H, thanks for checking up on me! I've confirmed use cases with @kuroxx and traced the slack component code and modified the config file accordingly to resolve the issue. I am currently having difficulty running the code locally and will seek help in discord channel very shortly.
