新着一覧． カテゴリ毎一覧，ユーザー毎一覧 は全員共通なのでキャッシュに吐きたい．
特にユーザー毎は更新頻度が低い．
逆に新着一覧は更新頻度がやばいのでどうするのがいいんだろう

新着一覧は固定値でも良いはず？（ユーザーの増加に寄与するけど、今はまだ関係ないかと思っている）

新着一覧を高い順にする

/new_items.json は今単純に新しい順に持ってきてる
