Install fails on windows because of dependence on oj #15

It looks like you recently switched to multi_json with oj.

oj 1.3.0 fails to build on windows ruby [i386-mingw32] because of its reliance on pthread.h.

I think one way of fixing this is by including multi_json by itself and letting it recommend a faster json parser than the default within multi_json.
