Hidden fields remain populated

When a user selects an option and fills in the corresponding fields, the form is submitted successfully. However, if the user returns to the form using the browser’s back button and chooses a different option to submit a new form, the fields from the initial submission remain populated. Consequently, when the second form is submitted, the hidden fields from the first submission are also included.
