review_cleaning_log function giving error

When cleaning_log_change_type_column does not have change_response_value, the function will give an error "Value in change_response_value not found". It always assumes there is at least one change_response_value = "change_response". Where in my case the follow-up responses only have "no_action" and "remove_survey" types.
