Following the completion of ROI support (or perhaps as part of it). We should add integration tests for uploading/downloading ROIs. This shouldn't be completed until #69 and #70 are merged.

These are currently being worked on, on my roi-it branch. On this branch I've removed the mvn user from the docker container temporarily. This is because it caused the build to be very slow on my local machine. That being said, I will put this logic back eventually.
