Adding comments in the CMakeList file in the /examples. For every irm_add_arm_executable function, describe what the built binary file does.

Advanced: add the comments in source files that can be recognized by doxygen. (About doxygen, see Document Usage) (doxygen might be broken, 2022.9.11)
