Twine 2 Editor section is out-of-date

Has many screenshots for 2.3 that don't match up to 2.4 and later, and most of the content is covered by https://twinery.org/reference/en/ now.

A short term fix for this particular issue would be to add a "Warning" section (for example, like this page on Passages in Twine 1) to the top of the handful of pages with out-of-date screenshots and point people to the Reference until the next major update of the Cookbook could potentially remove the section and add greater interconnectivity between the Cookbook and Reference in many places.

I am willing to add the Warning with a link to those pages. I guess, @klembot, you are the person to talk to about that now? (Weren't multiple people supposed to be working as editors on this project after I left? Seems strange to me this issue has been sitting for almost a year now.)
