Demo Session Information

HI! Can we please be provided with some info about our upcoming demo sessions, particularly:

• when and where it will be held
• the format of the presentation you expect
• a template (or some guidance) on poster format
  The course coordinator provided some suggestions for answers to these questions but said it's ultimately up to the supervisor. Thank you!

The demo session will be scheduled on Tuesday, October 24. Details will be sent out tomorrow through email.

Thanks for the update @Karlywang, given the ECP states that the demos need to be done no later than the 20th of October, would it be possible to do them earlier?

@krista-bradshaw You need to submit the poster to the system no later than the 20th of Oct and we organise the poster session on the week after to give you more time to prepare. This is the plan for now but I will check the date again tomorrow.
