Timoshenko beam element

Is there a special Timoshenko beam element or do I define it like how it is mentioned on https://mooseframework.inl.gov/modules/solid_mechanics/beam_vandv.html
I did see the https://mooseframework.inl.gov/modules/solid_mechanics/C0TimoshenkoBeam.html but wanted to confirm there isn't an element type = Timoshenko beam or something along those lines.
