Following up on degree requirements work, there is a need to also serve UC and GE requirements. Together with degree requirements, these would allow full validation of a course plan for graduation. The folks over at PeterPortal (@Awesome-E and friends) would appreciate this.

We need to scrape these before we can serve them.
