You can create a bare metal server by using an imported image template. The new bare metal servers have the same configurations that are included in the imported custom image template. {: shortdesc}
Follow these steps to import a custom image.
- Go to Devices > Manage > Images and click Import custom image.
- Enter an image name and the IBM API key for the image that you want to import.
- Click the name of the image that you want to import, accept the Third-Party Service Agreements, and click Import custom image.
