Minifying build file in internal server

Currently, it seems that there is problem somewhere in the code that prevents minifier (closure-compiler) to minify the bundle.js and therefore fails rebuild. For now, I disabled minify code in the rebuild script in internal server. We need to find the reason of the problem and activate minify code.
