LMS Dashboard - multi-LMS access

Currently our Reporting Dashboards only access one LMS at a time. If I'm an instructor with more than one LMS available to me, and if I have courses in more than one LMS, I will have to enter the Dashboard through an assignment in one LMS and, if I want to view data in the Dashboard from the other LMS, I'll have to launch an assignment from there as well. There is a similar problem for admin who wish to view data across multiple LMSs.

Hypothesis should realize when the same user has multiple rows on the User table from different LMSs and: 1) combine data from all their LMSs in the same Reporting Dashboard; 2) allow access to all of this data from either LMS.
