Activity Page doesn't allow users to differentiate between their "Only Me" vs shared annotations

Describe the bug
We've had several recent tickets with users being confused about their Annotations privacy. Part of the reason for this is that the indicators that an annotation is private (the lock symbol next to the username and, for Highlights, the highlighter symbol) do not appear on the Activity Page.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create an "Only Me" annotation
2. View on the Activity Page
3. See error

Expected behavior
I would expect the annotations to be identical in either environment to avoid user confusion.
