Configurable Cardano prism:did resolvers for Testnet, Mainnet

Short description

We’ve made very good improvements in this direction but we need to make sure that we provide Cardano easy to configure did resolvers.
One solution is integrating some kind of service on top of blockfrost and help users to configure their resolvers using an instance of this service. Else, integrate with a universal resolver API, or even with the API of an Identus node.

Value statement

Allows anyone to run a fully functional Identus Agent on a browser without having to deploy any service, reducing the operational costs and simplifying the deployment. See CIP-30
Allows anyone to publicly resolve a DID (on Cardano) easily by using one of the available did resolvers, or using the Identus Node
