Integrate Manage into the Issuer UI

Short Description

Integrating what we knew as Manage product into this Edge agent implementation, will allow anyone with a browser to create, issue and verify Credentials using Prism:did and DIDComm protocol and only requiring to connect with a mediator.

Will use local database for now not syncing all the open tabs.
Users will be able to Manage prism did operations, credential schemas, credential definitions, credential issuance flows and verification flows by keeping track of the data and the status of messages and requests.

Value statement

Allows anyone to run a fully functional Identus Agent on a browser without having to deploy any service, reducing the operational costs and simplifying the deployment. See CIP-30
Allows anyone to publicly resolve a DID (on Cardano) easily by using one of the available did resolvers, or using the Identus Node
