[REQUEST] Add an FPS Counter

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I like to see how much fps I'm getting in games and there are no other options for me to see that. I have an AMD GPU, and their fps counter is not how I would prefer. Prior to Hydra I used Steam to launch my games because I liked how clean and minimalistic their FPS counter was.

Describe the solution you'd like

Adding an FPS counter to the settings of the Hydra launcher, maybe making it customizable, if that is an option.

Describe alternatives you've considered

AMD Overlay - The overlay sometimes doesn't show, and if it does, there is sometimes an issue where I have to tab in and out to get it to show.
- I just don't like how it looks.

MSI Afterburner - When having this constantly open it crashes other games like Valorant which gets VERY annoying and only opening it when I need it is also annoying. Having an option in Hydra would be much appreciated.
