Because dio_http_cache >=0.2.0 depends on dio ^3.0.1 and doyo depends on dio ^4.0.0, dio_http_cache >=0.2.0 is forbidden.

Wow, this is such an important library for HTTP clients and this is still not upgraded for 4.0.0? I will be watching...
