Ability to install packages from the public market place or private registry

Using the operator the ability to automate the deployment of packages both from the public marketplace or a private location such as a registry.

I also need the ability to deploy packages using the operator, it's a major pain to manage via the GUI a very large set of packages for a large number of different customer views.
