Generator should print c&p-able instructions to add files to git #1

When done and the files are written, it should print copy and pastable instructions to add the files to git.

git checkout -b feat/add-site-name &&
git add ./config ./spec &&
git commit -m "feat(%{site}): add %{name}" &&
git push

edit: it could/should offer to just run these commands ... and could open the browser to create a pull request
