[Feature idea] : Make ion-step-header clickable

Hi,

Great library !
However, there is one thing that would be great: being able to click on the ...th header (especially useful on horizontal mode) to select this step.

I tried to add (click) directive to but it doesn't work.

With this feature, it would be the best stepper ever :)
