Database'de tutmamızın daha doğru olacağını düşündüğüm bazı veriler var. yenileri aklıma geldikçe burayı güncelleyeceğim.
Örnek olarak,

validatorlerin delegatorleri: https://github.com/testnetrunn/explorer-backend/blob/3b31ec7540d13a30486b779c5d37b97ff991c1e7/src/fetch/validators.rs#L38

Bunlar için ayrı cronlar çalıştırabiliriz, ve periyodik olarak database'i güncelleyebiliriz.
