Original panel keeps appearing overlaid on combined dash to panel

Unfortunately I can't reproduce it consistently, it just often happens

Linux distribution and version
Ubuntu 24.0

GNOME Shell version
46.0

Dash-to-Panel version
64

Where was Dash-to-Panel installed from?
flatpak install com.mattjakeman.ExtensionManager -y;
