Goals

Users can verify their email and are only marked as activated when they confirm their email.

Tasks

Beta Give feedback

1. After user creates account using email+password send show confirm password modal
2. Send email link to user for them to confirm their email
3. Allow them to resend confirmation email after 60 sec
4. On user settings display "verify email" section when the identity is not verified
5. Display banner at the top of the page when user email isn't verified with button to send "confirm email" email
