hof create documentation improvement

https://docs.hofstadter.io/hof-create/ says that the feature has been added to some release of hof. Which version? Also, is it already decided which version that will include hof create?

I've removed it for now, it will be the next release (0.6.7) which is coming out this month.

I'm going to make the first beta in the next day or two.
