New Tooltips in Training Leaderboard

Reason (Why?)
Only a few categories of the training result have tooltips. In order to make it consistant, we want to add the tooltips to others. The targeted categories are : AutoML Solution, Status, Model, Library, Metric

Solution (What?)

• Use the MudTooltip component to add the desire tooltips

Anything that is out of scope and shall not be implemented
