Typo Correction in the training pipeline

Describe the bug
A step in the pipeline (Pre-training) has been repeated more although it just runs once. And the font of the steps name contain typo and are not consistant, some are with Capital letter and hyphen, some not

To Reproduce

Expected behavior
The repeaded step should not be there anymore, and the writtings of the step has to be consistant.
