Warn user for not selecting a ML Task or Target in Guided Tour.

Current:
When going through the guided tour, the user might accidentally not select any ML task or Target and just click continue, which will result in an error at the end since no ML task has been selected.

Solution:
At the end of the guided tour inform the user that a ML Task needs to be selected.
