Set All Controls: Notification widget has black background instead of white

The black background color makes it difficult to read the text, which is crucial due the time limit of 3 seconds for each button press.

Flatpak 1.19.1

The background color light gray in Flatpak. I've changed the menu driver from ozone to xmb just to make a direct comparison with the Appimage.

based on the sharp corners on the first image, it looks like it's not drawing the actual widget at all, rather than a mis-coloring.
