Not able to run the Service #3

I am trying to simulate cache side channel attacks on two ubuntu VMs running on a hyper-v host but I can't get the service running. I am getting the error attached. I made sure that cargo, rustc and perf were installed and working. Do you have any idea what I am doing wrong?

Okay, seems like the used hardware misses some counters. Could you please paste the output of

sudo perf list

here? Just to see what events are supported on your hardware.
