VowsSequentialRunner doesn't declare an __init__ method

Not sure if VowsSequentialRunner is done. We are not using it already. It was something @Zearin was working on. Maybe he can help out.

VowsSequentialRunner was close to done, but not quite.

It’s been some time since I worked on it, but from what I remember, I had decided that the best way to proceed was to “reboot” PyVows—not a true, 100% reboot, but close—and get it to pass the tests with VowsSequentialRunner as the only runner.

I probably won’t have time to work on this for a few months. :( I definitely want to come back and see it finished, though!
