Card Link and other Link inside

Hi, I want to create a Card which can be clicked and also another Link inside the Card which lead to another Link. But I always get the Hydration failed because the initial UI does not match what was rendered on the server. error. Is this even possible? Or am doing something completely wrong.
This is the code:

      </Card>

I also tried surrounding the Card with a Link element but i get the same error.
Help would be appreciated. Thank you
