When querying a block, if the route is contains the hash instead of the block height, the btc_finality field is not returned.

Example:

https://testnet.explorer.hemi.xyz/api/v2/blocks/545853

vs

https://testnet.explorer.hemi.xyz/api/v2/blocks/0xa364d31d0ae8cdc5c9f0f3f890777229de5da85f6c7b271f6aa16dcd61d364f0
