I will be implementing a "fine mode" for note placement

I feel a little bogged down by the constant snapping of notes. I find that when constructing trills and trying to add a human touch to performance, I would like to be able to hold down "ctrl" while dragging a note in order to prevent snapping.

Therefore, I will create a variable called "fineMode", which will be activated by holding control, and which will determine whether notes will snap or not while manipulating them. Just want to let you know ahead of time so you're not scared when a potentially messy commit comes down the line.
