What section do you suggest adding this too?

Good question. Im kinda mulling whether we might want to have a page
focused on resources that are less about learning haskell and rather about
the technical / cultural history that leads into how haskell and associated
tooling has evolved in the way it has. again, this is just me spit balling
an idea. I'm not wedded to the idea at all mind you :)
