Example:

The main problem seems to with https://matrix.hackage.haskell.org/api/v2/packages:

A web handler threw an exception. Details:
libpq: failed (FATAL: could not open file "base/16582/2601": Read-only file system
)

haskell/hackage-server#997 is related.

The issue still persists.

There seems to be a replacement at https://matrix.haskell.org/ since the maintainer is unresponsive.

This may be an unrelated issue but https://matrix.hackage.haskell.org/ (or more specifically https://matrix.hackage.haskell.org/api/v2/packages) currently gives an 500 error with the following message:

A web handler threw an exception. Details:
libpq: failed (could not connect to server: No such file or directory
	Is the server running locally and accepting
	connections on Unix domain socket "/var/run/postgresql/.s.PGSQL.5432"?
)

For https://matrix.haskell.org/ (or rather the ajax call to https://matrix.haskell.org/api/v2/packages) I instead get an nginx 502 bad gateway error.
