cdktf-cli: Support Kotlin build scripts in cdktf library version detection when Gradle is used

Description

Currently the gradle project and cdktf library version detection functions only support when "build.gradle" is used, but it could easily be extended to support "build.gradle.kts" as well.

This would make the cdktf debug output correctly when Kotlin build scripts are used with Gradle.
