Problem

We are not utilizing the cronjob feature that's available to snaps

Solution

We can have a new API that users can call to register to watch for certain addresses and the cronjob watches these addresses in the background and sends notifications on Metamask if triggered.

Also, it makes sense to send notifications for any incoming hbar/tokens using cronjob as well
