As a Block Node operator
I want Block Node to expose a configuration endpoint
So that other components, operators or services can fetch the BN configuration

  • If a Block Node exposes a configuration endpoint, something like a k8s BN Operator can query it to detect the state of the BN and trigger events
  • This feature depends on the functionality built in Centralize Record Configuration Logging #471
  • This feature may depend on a k8s firewall
  • Consider whether we should add CI smoke test around fetching config from this endpoint
  • Consider whether the Simulator should be used for integration tests
