Guides don't cross literal coffeescript comments

I would expect the guide to go past the comment in .litcoffee files, however I realize this is an edge case in a rare file format ;)

Hmm... I admit what you say is the correct behavior. The problem is, it seems hard to implement.

I keep this open and I will implement it sometime or wait for other people's pull request. :)
