期望此插件支持数据扩展

目前此插件基本只能为 Halo Core 当中的链接生成地图，但如果某些插件中也提供内容管理，需要被搜索引擎索引，那么几乎就只能在插件中单独提供 sitemap 路由，然后手动提交给搜索引擎，这会比较麻烦，所以可以探索一下是否能让其他插件为此插件提供数据。
