404 Not Found error for the Plantuml file #181

Hi Team,

we are receiving 404 not found error for the file (https://hallvard.github.io/plantuml/content.xml)

The file is required for the installation of plantuml plugin in Eclipse

Please let me know if I need to provide more details in order to help this with it.
