If the server cannot resolve the hostname of the Habari instance, then no tests will appear in the admin to run. For example, if you've accessed your server via foo.local, but foo.local is not defined in your server's hosts file, it will not be able to resolve its own hostname to make the required requests for test processing.

An appropriate error should be surfaced from the tests plugin in this case, as it could be a common occurrence and bothersome to troubleshoot.
