gene plots missing for hg38 when a region is searched #29

GetGeneShapes diverges and does not seem to have a gene plot when a region is searched rather than a gene. ex) HTT gene shows in hg38 when specifically searched but if the same region is searched we do not get any gene image

currently postponing until we get more api info due to needed changes to the back end
