1/Guildexp have "bar" example for level 1 it will have 0/250 xp you need to find for up level guild and when it enough xp it will enable to player use /Guild Upgrade, if it doesn't enough will deny or unenable to use /Guild upgrade
*New command:

• For member: /Guild exp check (It will show exp of guild need to lvl up [Example: 20/150])
• For admin: /Guild admin expadd {guild} {exp_cost} (will give exp for guild name)
  /Guild admin exptake {guild} {exp_cost} (take exp for guild name)
  /Guild admin expset {guild} {exp_cost} (set exp for guild name)
  [hm, if guild exp doesn't have it will set 0 or -10 and anyguild lower 50 (can config) will remove]
