S3 Plugin Compatible with TeamCity 8.1.5?

The 1.4.0 release has been used against 8.1.4, so I'd be surprised if it didn't work with 8.1.5.

What about TeamCity 9.1.6?
I am having troubles getting this to work.

As mentioned in the README, the 1.5.x releases are built against 9.1.x, so the latest release is compatible with 9.1.6.

Ok. Just double checking . I have the s3 plugin installed to TC and it is
recognized in the External plugin section but I can't seem to add it as a
build step. What is the next step to getting everything uploaded to AWS S3
bucket? I seem to be missing something and am spinning my wheels.
