undelete articles retrospectively - needs admin rights on Wikipedia #11

  • add functionality to undelete retrospectively, test this on wikis where @guaka has admin rights
  • get Wikipedia admins to run the bot, per language

it's read only, so it would also work if a Wikipedia admin where willing to run the bot, like this it already looks a lot more feasible

I can test this with Limburgish
